git config --global url."http://".insteadOf git://
Cleanup: set active false in Maven settings.xml and run these commands.

npm config rm proxy
npm config rm https-proxy
git config --global --unset http.proxy
git config --global --unset https.proxy
git config --global --unset url."http://".insteadOf
