我们没有触及neo-cron.xml文件，但自升级以来，CF每隔几个小时认为该文件已被更改。
我们可能不会注意到这一点，因为在两次重新加载之间有一段时间所有我们的计划任务都被执行了两次！但是，在重新加载neo-cron.xml之后，复制停止了。

我不确定任务的加倍，但我也注意到neo-cron.xml一直在被修改。
看起来他们已经为每个任务last_run添加了一个新节点，每个任务在执行一次任务后都会更新。
