罪魁祸首在process_serial函数的这一行:

self.after(100, self.process_serial)

此处的自变量是指Gui对象,而不是具有'after'函数的tkinter对象。

您的代码与链接问题的代码不匹配。您的类不会扩展tkinter对象。答案中的类扩展了tkinter Tk对象,如下所示:

class App(tk.Tk):

从而继承Tk类中的函数。

要为您的代码解决此问题,请将process_serial函数中的self替换为tkinter对象,例如self.textArea。

self.textArea.after(100, self.process_serial)

或者,你可以像链接的答案一样继承tk.Tk。但我不认为这里有额外的好处。
