我在您的应用dependencies部分中没有看到您图书馆的引用。如果您的库和应用程序在同一解决方案中，请确保使用target: project，如下所示：

ASP.NET核心项目的

project.json ：

        "target": "project"
    }
}

否则，NuGet会将您的库作为一个包而不是寻找解决方案。
