我试图创建一个简单的博客（使用rails 5），并希望在发布新内容时向用户发送电子邮件更新。我试图使用动作管理器，而且我正在使用设计来注册用户。我最初只想用第一个用户来设置它。

当我查看本地服务器时，电子邮件似乎正在发送，但未收到。任何建议都会非常受欢迎我已经被困了一段时间。
