当我使用terraform apply运行终端时，一切正常。但是当我通过jenkins运行它时，相同的代码会给我以下错误。

aws_security_group.jenkins-poc: Error creating Security Group: UnauthorizedOperation: You are not authorized to perform this operation

注意::这是一个非默认的vpc，我正在执行此操作。

只要确定您是否在正确的aws配置文件中，而default aws配置文件可能会限制您创建实例
