我已经从Debian Jessie上的neo4j-Debian-repository安装了neo4j-v3.0.3，并在neo4j.conf中启用了https-support。
我可以通过https://localhost:7473
但不是 与
https://server-ip:7473
没有安装防火墙，v2.3.5工作正常。

你有没有设置
dbms.connector.https.address=0.0.0.0:7473
在neo4j.conf？
neo4j.conf
