您没有使用Matcher来匹配视图。它无法正常工作，因为调用isJavascriptEnabled1()只会创建自定义Matcher的新实例。但是例如永远不会执行matchesSafely()，这就是CustomMatcher.view1为null的原因。要使代码生效，您必须将Espresso.onView()与Matcher：
