当Jelmer和我构建这个设置时，它只能在我的Ubuntu机器上运行，并且继续这样做 - 无论是下载和构建nlopt，还是通过系统库。

当您使用Ubuntu时，最简单的解决方法可能是安装系统nlopt库，nloptr包将检测并使用该库。

sudo apt-get install libnlopt-dev

然后再次尝试安装nlopt。

同样，您应该能够按照Michael Rutter的相应PPA获得lme4 r-cran-lme4，如CRAN README for Ubuntu中所述。
