Question

When i try to sync my project i got Below Error ,what was the wrong in my gradle file

错误：            评估项目＆＃39;：ActionBarSherlock＆＃39;。

时出现问题

  

无法应用插件[id＆＃39; com.android.library＆＃39;]   带有id＆＃39; com.android.library＆＃39;的插件没找到。

的build.gradle：
