出于某种原因，在重新启动并重新启动所有进程后，我能够连接到外部主机。

以前，我已经多次重新启动了这些进程而没有重新启动。我正在使用eye来管理它们，因此在尝试解决此问题时，我多次发出eye restart命令来重新启动我的应用依赖的所有进程（postgres，{{1 }和redis）。每次重启后我都会得到同样的错误。

但不知何故，重新启动就可以了。

有时计算机很奇怪。
