如何从xml文件进行WCF服务的配置

我是新来的。我想使用Visual Studio创建一个WCF WebService并在Xamarin Forms应用程序中使用它。这是我的最终目标。现在我创建了WCF服务项目并在我的Mac机器（Windows 8操作系统）上启动IIS服务。但是，当我运行已在项目中给出的代码来检查事情是否正常时，我收到以下错误：
