我的一位客户希望当新用户访问网站时，他们会获得Rs. 500折扣。这是复杂功能，第一个订单的折扣在输入优惠券代码后获得Rs. 250折扣，在第二个订单时，他也获得Rs. xxxx的优惠券折扣。

注意：一次只能使用一张优惠券。
