Bitbucket ssh测试返回`remote：ssh_exchange_identification：read：operation timed out`

我正在设置一台新机器并且这样做，试图从bitbucket中取回repos，这对git或hg都不起作用。我已将我的公钥添加到bitbucket。

事实证明，IP地址需要列入白名单。

在我发布这个问题的时候，我并没有意识到网络被严密锁定了。
