帮助在localhost上配置red5-recoder媒体服务器。

我在Windows 10上安装了red5媒体服务器（windows installer）并使用jdk（jdk installer）。一切都没有错误。安装完成后，我从安装文件夹中运行了install-service.bat。我还从“控制面板\所有控制面板项目\管理工具\服务”手动启动了服务器。 localhost：5080正在运行，但当我尝试访问“http://localhost:5080/installer/”时，闪存抛出错误

   `Host: localhost
    Trying to connect
    Net status: NetConnection.Connect.Failed
    Trying to connect to war location`
