您应该填写上传目录$target_dir = __DIR__ . 'uploads/';的完整路径。

并检查它是否有权写入文件。

警告说你没有文件夹权限来读/写文件夹包含。

试试这件事。

1.更改上传的所有者

sudo chown user使用whoami命令

替换用户

2.Chmod上传。

sudo chmod -R 0755 uploads

警告：move_uploaded_file（）无效。无法打开流：权限被拒绝
