问题是凌空没有等待请求完成。因此，当第一次呼叫在几秒钟内完成时，也将进行其他呼叫。因此，您需要创建一个接口，该接口将在调用第一个Web服务时调用，而不是在接口调用其他Web服务和notifyDataSet时调用。
