问题似乎在于我正在尝试将其放在已经运行了应用程序的Web服务器上。我假设为初始站点设置的全局web.config干扰了此安装。
这个问题的解决方案或答案并不多，但至少我知道它为什么会发生。
解决方案：将Bonobo移至另一台服务器。
