禁止使用Localhost / PhpMyAdmin 403

Question

我已Windows 10并安装了wamp server 2.1，但我无法访问PHPMyAdmin网站。在phpmyadmin.conf文件中我有：

Alias /phpmyadmin "c:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin3.3.9/"

而且我不知道如何解决此问题，因此我可以看到PHPMyAdmin网站。
