Make sure you don't have the PHP module installed. This is a Debian/Ubuntu example:

sudo apt-get purge php5-geoip

我正在使用运行Laravel Homsetead的虚拟机在Windows PC上工作。我正在使用Git Bash命令窗口。当我输入上述命令时，我得到：
