调整水平线的手柄长度

Question

我正在尝试调整一个图表的图例。两组的值表示为条形图，而两组的平均值由水平线表示。我有调整水平线的句柄长度的问题 - handlelength参数似乎在这里不起作用。

如下图所示，手柄对于＃34;人口来说太长了。＆＃34;生成图表的代码如下。有人能帮忙解决这个问题吗？
