您正在使用vector drawable支持包。这很好，但只适用于您的应用。该平台不知道如何在API Level 21之前使用矢量drawable，而对于Notification，平台是渲染资源的平台。

您可以将自己的矢量渲染为由Canvas支持的Bitmap，然后在Bitmap中使用Notification。或者，您可以使用矢量反向移植库，但是对于少数几个Notification图标，请为它们生成PNG文件并在旧设备上使用它们。 Put the corresponding vector drawables in res/drawable-anydpi-v21/，较新的设备将使用矢量绘图，而较旧的设备将回退到PNG。
