可靠的no rhc package，一个基础操作系统构建的Ubuntu 14.04 LTS版本。
rhc包仅适用于Ubuntu的wily，xenial或yakkety版本（请参阅this page的右上角）。
OpenShift official install documentation错误地指出rhc可用，从Ubuntu生动版本开始，但点击该链接会导致页面不存在。
