错误消息显示

无法将实际类型NSDictionary强制转换为预期类型NSArray

[NSDictionary]表示字典数组，但response的值显然是字典，由一对括号表示。

所以它实际上是

let quoteDictionary = quotesData["response"] as! NSDictionary

但建议使用Swift原生集合类型

let quoteDictionary = quotesData["response"] as! Dictionary<String,AnyObject>
