当app没有运行而不在后台时如何调用webservice

Question

我已尝试在终止模式和暂停模式下的当前位置。目前我已在后台模式下获取当前位置但未在终止模式下获取。当用户双击主页按钮并在后台滑动应用程序时如何获取当前位置和呼叫网络服务。

目前我使用了以下代码。
