PrestaShop Block Layered无效。只显示加载圈

昨天我遇到了prestashop问题，我的客户要求我为他的商店创建一些过滤器。我认为这很容易，但是当我在prestashop管理面板中设置所有内容时，它只显示一个加载圈图标，它在控制台中显示错误500。 也许有些人已经遇到过这个问题？我已经检查了.htaccess文件，优先级，尝试重新安装blocklayered模块等等......但它无法正常工作。也许我想念一些东西？还有一件事让我睡不好觉。它的prestashop告诉我，我的“mod_rewrite”在我的服务器中关闭了。但它已经在我的.htaccess文件上了。如何检查它是否打开？这可能是一个不工作项目过滤器的问题？或者也许有人知道prestashop的其他一些免费的ajax过滤器？
