wamp rewrite_module没有勾选

Question

我使用的是Windows 8.1,64位架构。已安装的wamp并尝试使用tick选项运行mod_rewrite模块，如下图所示，httpd.conf也没有任何效果。

✓在红色三角形中有感叹号，是什么原因？
