BluetoothManger没有与Xcode 7.3的链接

但是从Xcode 7.3开始就出现错误：

error :ld: framework not found BluetoothManager。

由于mentioned in the Apple release notes私有框架（以及BluetoothManager.framework已从SDK iOS 9.3中删除。这就是它不再起作用的原因。
