Microsoft Windows 10 64bit
Docker，版本1.10.3，build 20f81dd，从Docker Toolbox安装
CloudFoundry CLI，参见版本6.16.1 + 924508c-2016-02-26
Bluemix CLI，bx版本0.3.1-5206a18-2016-03-01T08：16：52 + 00:00

我在CMD和Boot2Docker VM下输入了这个命令cf install-plugin https://static-ice.ng.bluemix.net/ibm-containers-windows_x64.exe，以便安装cf ic插件，这在官方指南中提到。结果是“退出状态2”。
