所以看来我需要cc1plus，通过阅读需要gcc-g ++。但我已经有了gcc-c ++：

sudo yum install gcc-c++

关于gcc和cc1plus：

/usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.4.4/cc1plus

我自己的解决方案如下。有没有人有更好的方法来解决这个问题？

解决我自己的问题：似乎cc1plus虽然存在，但对于gcc是不可见的，因为它不在路径上。因此，解决方案是将cc1plus链接到PATH上的目录：

sudo ln -s /usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.4.4/cc1plus /usr/local/bin/

现在sudo pip install pandas成功。

（但是为什么包管理器首先放置cc1plus？）

gcc找不到cc1plus
