当我从IDE（Eclipse）执行它时，同样的应用程序按预期运行但是当我从它的jar执行应用程序时，我得到以下异常，

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException：javax.servlet.jsp.jstl.core.Config at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass（Unknown Source）〜[na：1.8.0_45]。

我搜索了这个异常，我发现添加了jstl＆＃; s jar以避免此错误。但是我已经在tomcat的罐子里装了jstl's jar。如果这是问题，那么我在从IDE执行时应该得到相同的异常。

使用spring-boot-starter作为父级时，运行

mvn clean install
