HTTP状态404，请求的资源（）不可用spring maven项目

Question

运行代码时，浏览器中出现“请求的资源（）不可用”消息。我已经创建了控制器但没有实现它，因为这只是一个带有hello world消息的jsp页面。因为我是新手，请帮助我。
