Bootstrap Double DropDown和Options

Question

我将下拉列表上传到我的网站，不知何故它看起来是双倍的：）

但是，这不是唯一的问题，

另一个问题是，元素没有出现在<select>列表中，但是当我添加一些样本<option>Sample</option>时，所有元素都会出现。
