    C:\Users\Joey\Anaconda2\libs\python27.lib : warning LNK4272: library machine type 'x64' conflicts with target machine type 'X86'

您正在混合使用不同位数的库。在构建64位Boost Python时，您必须链接到64位Python，对于32位版本也是如此。

确保将两个版本的Python安装到不同的目录中。我在安装程序中使用了默认目录，并且两个安装最终都位于同一目录中。即使我在32位版本之后安装了64位版本，但我的Python libs /文件夹中仍然只有32位版本。
