更改主机文件时，我移动并替换它，而不是复制和替换，因此权限已更改。

看起来像名称冲突，尝试使用其他名称，例如myapp.dev

此外，您可以尝试将其添加到hosts文件中：

127.0.53.53  homestead.dev

然后在浏览器中使用homestead.dev:8000。

此后尝试重启PC。
