关于代码的一些想法。

使用LIKE
您放置查询的方式实际上执行了相等性检查，因为您在LIKE语句中没有放置通配符。这导致两个问题：

您可能无法获得预期的结果
您可能没有使用索引（这会加快速度），因为您使用LIKE

首先，您需要确定是否要检查是否相等，或者搜索到的字段是否只是包含您要查找的字符串。

如果要进行相等检查，请使用

... WHERE [Field] = 'value'

而不是

... WHERE [Field] LIKE 'value'

平等检查
有几种加速它们的方法。您可以将搜索词放在表中并执行以下操作：

... WHERE [Field] in (SELECT Term FROM TableOfSearchTerms)

或者您甚至可以尝试将两个表连接在一起。那么你根本不需要WHERE条款：

... FROM Table1 t1 INNER JOIN TableOfSearchTerms terms ON terms.Term = t1.[Field]
