请勿在ListView内使用ScrollView。 ListView本身有一个滚动属性，您不必使用另一个ScrollView来滚动它。请改用LinearLayout。

                                v.getParent().requestDisallowInterceptTouchEvent(true);
                                break;

                            case MotionEvent.ACTION_UP:

                                v.getParent().requestDisallowInterceptTouchEvent(false);
                                break;
                        }

                        // Handle ListView touch events.
