我尝试在我的计算机上运行angular-seed（Windows 10，上次更新）https://github.com/angular/angular-seed。网络工作正常，但我有量角器的问题。 Karma跑，但是当我尝试量角器＆gt; npm运行量角器我得到这些错误。
