好的家伙我明白了。这是我做的：

在ps1文件中添加一个try catch块，其中$ d.Deploy被调用如下：

 }

这样做告诉我sqlproj文件是针对Sql Server 2014的，但部署的数据库是Sql Server 2012.只需进入sql项目文件的属性并进行更改，使其针对Sql Server 2012和现在它的作品！好哇！
