我在Windows 10（64位）上运行我的rails服务器。我有rails版本4.2.1和ruby版本2.2.4。

我已经遵循了许多教程来解决这个问题，但它没有用。我尝试卸载sqlite3并重新安装它。我下载了新的dll文件并将其替换为ruby22-x64 / bin。
