一般来说,ImageReader的目的是让您以最小的开销为发送到Surface的像素提供原始访问,因此尝试让它执行颜色转换是没有意义的。

对于相机,您可以选择两种输出格式之一(NV21或YV12),因此请选择YV12。这是你原始的YUV数据。对于屏幕捕获,输出将始终为RGB,因此您需要为ImageReader选择RGBA_8888 (format 0x1),而不是YUV_420_888 (format 0x23)。如果您需要YUV,则必须自己进行转换。 ImageReader为您提供了一系列Plane个对象,而不是byte[],因此您需要适应它。
