您有一个公共文档根目录，因此您应该在root块中放置一个server指令，然后由所有位置块继承。

＆＃34;未指定输入文件＆＃34;错误消息表示SCRIPT_FILENAME缺失或错误。

location /phpmyadmin阻止是不必要的，应该删除。
