如果刷新页面，或者某人使用“后退”按钮再次点击该页面，则数据将重新发送到服务器，从而插入两次。您需要使用POST / REDIRECT / GET模式将用户重定向到另一个页面或同一页面以避免这种情况。发送303 HTTP响应将告诉浏览器在其历史记录中替换该页面，并避免重新发送发布的数据。
