端口80在EC2实例上关闭

我在EC2实例上的端口80出现了问题。

我已在此Issue中添加了安全组，但无效。

此实例中托管的网站无法从外部IP访问。

在RDP实例中，我运行命令：＆＃34; netstat -an＆＃34;并返回以下结果。

但是当我通过浏览器访问时，我得到了ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEDOUT。

我按http://ping.eu/port-chk/检查了端口并返回： 54.94.139.119:80端口关闭

弹性IP为：54.94.139.119

我还有别的事吗？

 netsh http>add iplisten ipaddress=0.0.0.0
