使用paypal返回URL发送数组

我正在尝试在paypal返回网址中发送一个数组，如下所示：

$data['paymentAmount'] = '0.00';
$data['paymentDesc'] = $plan_name;

但是当paypal返回我的返回函数时，我只得到序列化数组。它不是url编码格式。
