我在root applicationcontext中有一个bean，但是dispatcherServlet似乎无法访问该bean。我有一种感觉，我理解为root applicationcontext，并不是真正的根上下文。根据我的理解，appcontext-config.xml中定义的任何内容都在根上下文中。 servlet-config.xml中定义的任何内容都在servlet上下文中。这是真的吗？

有人可以在下面的配置中看到任何错误吗？

下面我只放了一个bean作为例子，但我确实看到导入的xmls中定义的bean在某些情况下被多次定义。

看起来bean引用configurationEncryption不在general-config.xml。

另请注意：context:component-scan完成context:annotation-config的工作，因此可以删除后者。
