不显示控制面板portlet的配置页面

1. 将config-template init-parameter添加到portlet.xml
2. 将configuration-action-class添加到liferay-portlet.xml

但是，配置菜单不会出现：

在第一个视图中，我没有看到支持元素中的portlet模式，我认为你应该添加

<portlet-mode>view</portlet-mode>
<portlet-mode>edit</portlet-mode>

inside支持portlet.xml的元素。
