我无法理解问题所在。

我的运行时环境：

STS-3.7.2
maven 3.0.5
tomcat 7
java 1.8

我制作了“Spring MVC Project”，项目名称为“SpringTest”，顶级包名为“com.javalec.springtest”。
我运行了tomcat服务器并输入了“http://localhost:8181/springtest/”！但是，输出页面是“ 404错误页面”说

HTTP状态404 - /springtest/WEB-INF/views/home.jsp

消息：/springtest/WEB-INF/views/home.jsp

说明请求的资源不可用。
