vim-flake8使用标准的flake8配置文件~/.config/flake8，可以像docs中的此示例一样进行配置。

The user settings are read from the ~/.config/flake8 file 
(or the ~/.flake8 file on Windows). Example:

[flake8]
ignore = E226,E302,E41
max-line-length = 160
exclude = tests/*
max-complexity = 10
