vim splits与explorer表现得很奇怪

C-w v # to split vertically
:Ex   # open explorer in current split
C-w l # switch to the other split
:Ex   # open explorer

      # at this point, cursor went back to the first split

Enter # open file in the current split

此时，我无法切换到Explorer处于活动/可见的其他分割。但是，如果我:q关闭第一个分割，则资源管理器将变为活动状态。

这是一个错误吗？
